How to Lock in Your Travel Package Price

1.) Complete a registration form above.

2.) Pay your $150 deposit using 1 of the 5 ways listed below.

Roommate Matching Available

You must adhere to monthly payment deadlines for the roommate matching option.  You must also be willing to spend the same number of nights. You do not have to know your roommate's name to register.

Flights

Each traveler is responsbile for their own flight arrangments. Neptune Travel Group can add your flight to your booking but you must be prepared to pay full amount of the flight at the time of quote. Understand flight prices constantly change, sometimes by the hour.

Book your flight to arrive into Barcelona, Airport Code: BCN, Spain, Fri, May 25, 2011. Highly likely your flight will be an overnight flight that depart the US on Thu, May 24, 2012.   Rome's airport code is FCO. Once you book your flight, send flight info to johanna@neptunetravelgroup.com so your airport transfer can be arranged.

Group flights: If you are interested in booking a group US flight to BCN, where you can make installments, please indicate so on your registration form. There must be 10 or more people traveling on the same flight itinerary to do a group flight. Neptune Travel Group will inform you if this opportunity comes available for your departure city. Be prepared to make a $150 deposit.

Travel Insurance

All clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance within 14 days of the deposit and understand the terms and conditions of the policy of choice. Purchase directly from Allianz Travel Insurance. All Insurance claims are handled by Access America and not Neptune Travel Group.

Monthly Payment Schedule Per Person

You are more than welcome to pay more each month and pay ahead of schedule.

*For those that have initiated payment prior to April 2, 2012, late fee of $50 per person will assessed after April 2, 2012. Strictly enforced. If you are joining the group after this date, call to confirm rate and full payment will be required.

Policies

Payments are non-refundable, which are the same policies of the airlines and for prepaid hotel rates.

Payments are non-transferable to another person already taking the trip nor for a different trip.

Name changes are allowed and may require a fee depending on the date the change is requested.

Travel insurance is available for purchase and it is highly recommended to purchase within 14 days of your initial deposit to be eligible for all insurance options such as “cancel for work related” reasons.

Travel insurance is to be purchased directly with Allianz Travel Insurance.

All travel insurance claims are administered by Allianz Travel Insurance and not Neptune Travel Group.

Full deposit of $150 per person is required to lock rate.

Rates are subject to change when payment schedule is not followed, call to confirm rate.

The payment schedule is provided as a convenience, failure to follow the schedule may result in cancellation of your reservation and you will forfeit all payments made. You are welcomed to pay ahead of schedule. No refunds nor credits will be honored.

Final payment not received by the final payment date will result in a late fee of $50 starting 7 days from the due date.

No travel documents nor information will be released until full payment is completed, including late fees.

Welcome to Barcelona! A shuttle service will meet right outside of customs area with your group name to privately transport you to the hotel. Spend 4 nights in Barcelona. Enjoy your explorations of this eternally dazzling city.

Beging your 2 day, hop on/off city tour of Barcelona.
